Shed builder says shed is complete!

Well... the builder says he is finished. It looks ok, just a few minor things as usual and I need to start the sealing of the slab to the walls and the outside eave to the wall cladding on the low side of the roof.

View from entry looking towards the north end.
Shed is a custom build size which is 14 metres long by 7.5 metres wide with an angle section at one end with a skillion roof. Ceiling height will be just over 2.1, which was an oversight by the builder by setting the overall height too low on one post...layout space is the full width, once lined, and 10 or 11 metres long.

View from the north end looking south towards the entry.
This leaves three metres for storage and shed space while the carport gets looked into.
The double door is a Latham's steel double door with two leaves, each a metre wide.

Now the real fun stuff is about to start...

Four walls and a roof...

Blink and you'd miss it...
After the painting of the portal frames was completed over the other weekend, in a day the roof was on, and the entry door installed.

And then two days later the walls were stood, but they still have several hundred screws to install.
But it is getting close.

Onwards to final completion!

Murtoa arrangement.

Murtoa is the final station in the section I'm planning to model, which is Deep Lead (Melbourne) to Jung (Dimboola) with the main stations being Glenorchy, Wal Wal, Lubeck and Murtoa.

While not exactly to the correct size at the moment, this is the SCRAM plan for Murtoa based off of the 1951 signalling diagram. Below that is a prospect for a modified eastern.

An idea I had was to make a couple of changes to the up end of the yard, moving Post 2 in the up direction towards the Melbourne end of the yard extending the 'loop' of No. 3 and No. 4 roads and also extending the No. 1. So the 2 DC becomes a RH point instead of a double compound.

The parts listing generated out of Scarm, but not for the modified arrangement outlined above.
