All the structural steel is now completed and welded in place. Painter is next to paint the blue steel portal frames prior to sheeting. But the sheeting is here along with the air-cell insulation.
While not my actual prototype, I am a fan of Western Pacific and do like this heritage livery applied by Union Pacific to their SD70ACe locomotive UP 1983. 1983 being the year that the UP took control of WP and was later merged on June 17, 1987.
